  • User Responsibility: All listings are created and owned by the users who submit them. LorryForSale.com.my does not verify the accuracy, quality, or legality of listings.

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability, condition, or authenticity of any truck, product, or service listed on the platform.

  • Liability: The user who submits a listing is solely responsible for any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from that listing, including but not limited to fraudulent information, misrepresentation, or legal violations.

  • Indemnity: By submitting a listing, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LorryForSale.com.my, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or losses related to your listing.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our platform.

  • Avoid fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

Prohibited Activities
